TowTime's Role
TowTime is a technology platform that connects drivers with independent, verified local towing and roadside assistance partners. TowTime does not own or operate tow vehicles and is not itself a towing service provider. Services are performed by independent partners, not TowTime employees.
Pricing
Pricing for each service is set and confirmed directly by the partner before work begins. TowTime does not process payments on-site; any payment for services is arranged between you and the partner.
Lead-Only Service
Booking through TowTime generates a request that is matched to a verified local partner. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability; response times shown on the site are estimates based on typical partner coverage in each area.
Partner Network
Partners are vetted before joining the TowTime network, but TowTime is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent partners performing services. Disputes regarding a specific service should be raised with TowTime support for mediation.
